End healthcare free riding without a mandate?
Given that health care reform has been almost impossible to make happen - it took centuries of failure before we got the Affordable Care Act - is it realistic to believe that the alternatives proposed in that piece have any chance of passing, no matter how worthy or effective they may or may not be?
