Despite loss, Conway might be back in playoffs

Conway High School's football program is one of the proudest, most accomplished along the Grand Strand, and the state even. For the past several years, though, Myrtle Beach High School has surpassed it as the big boy on the block, and Socastee High School has pushed it further into the shadows this year because of an undefeated season.

But because of the use of an ineligible player on the powerhouse Goose Creek squad, which crushed Conway last week, Conway might be back in the playoffs:
