Citigroup rewards ousted execs' poor performance with $14 million compensation, then cuts 11,000 jobs

I know we are not supposed to mention such things because of so-called class warfare, but I'm sure some folks will explain why this keeps happening and why it is perfectly reasonable and why we should just ignore such practices:
