Maybe it's time to calm down a bit, no?
Does it really have to be said that, yes, there are gay sexual predators - just as there are straight ones. Given the Boy Scout's track record on this issue already, as well as the Catholic Church's, which also frowns upon homosexuality, maybe the hyperventilating needs to stop.
And there's this: Most of the men and women - gay and straight - involved in these institutions care for kids; they don't harm them. Let's not forget that, either.
