I can tell you, emphatically, that the content and tone of the mail I receive changed drastically in November 2008 shortly after Barack Obama was elected president, and it has not shifted from that darker tone since. Is racism up post-Obama as the study claims?
It would be helpful to first define just what racism is, and the author tried to do that.
