Those two governors put health care reform ahead of politics
I'll say it again: Nikki Haley now owns the S.C. health care system and should be judged harshly if access to it does not improve soon, given that she is turning down billions of dollars from the federal government because of an ideological difference. I won't change my stance on that until she has put a different system into place that does as well as the Affordable Care Act would have, or better.
I'll be happy to say I was wrong and she was right if she actually makes it work.
