OK, I no longer expect anything different from Justice Antonin Scalia, no matter if he is supposedly just trying to get people's goat, or not. He sounds silly when he says such things. It wouldn't matter much if he wasn't a Supreme Court justice who votes the way he talks. But he does and it does.
The most basic, maybe most important constitutional right is akin to a "racial entitlement"? Funny.
And his seeming willingness to overturn a law that has been deemed constitution for the past half century and not-too-long ago received overwhelming bipartisan support in Congress is not judicial activism? Then what is? It shouldn't matter that he thinks the law wise. That's not his job.
