In this clas we established poverty has no color. That it isn't defined to just one race. Even one of my classmates, Toni, her final presentation proved that. She spoke of how Southern Italians were subjected to discrimination much like blacks in the southern states. But further more, even in the United States lower class blacks, hispanics, whites and other ethnicities seem to discriminate against each other despite being in the same economic class, they find themselves to belong to other social classes. It almost seems as if people look for reasons to hate rather then accept the facts around them and come together.
