Birmingham to start Sunday for CCU

Senior left-hander Jim Birmingham is expected to get the nod Sunday for Coastal Carolina in the series finale at Presbyterian.

Birmingham was pulled from his start last Saturday after walking the first four batters he faced, but he pitched well in relief at Clemson on Tuesday and will return to the mound with a 2-2 record and 4.04 ERA as the Chanticleers look for their second-straight Big South series sweep.
