Keith.....God bless you brother, I am the guitarist for the ReFried Blues band here in Myrtle....I spent many hours listening to Robert Johnson....Muddy...& so on....& even though my approach to those songs is with electric guitar in hand with influence from Clapton...Buddy Guy...SRV...Etc evident in my style....nothings better than sitting down with an acoustic....and just playing the blues....

Just a note to you and others. Keith is also versed in the electric style of blues. The acoustic just made more sense for the purpose of the video and recording of the guitar with voice.
It was a production decision but I think he pulled it off pretty well don't you think?

yes Randall...he certainly did...there is a beauty to the pure sound of blues played on an acoustic guitar....on stage I struggle constantly with the beauty of the "space" between notes....sometimes less is more my friend...and keeping yourself in check....is important...there are enough bees swarming...no need to run the scales...just 'cause you think you can....Buddy Guy is an expert at this type of control
