Public invited to reveal ceremony Monday

Extreme Makeover:Home Edition and Sterling Homes invite the public to come out for the reveal of the new home of Horry County Police officer Derrick Suggs and his family in the Allsbrook Community near Loris Monday.

Spectators should arrive as early as 9:30 a.m. and are asked to bring a canned food item for the Extreme Canned Food Drive.

The reveal is from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. Monday

Host Ty Pennington will shout “Move That Bus!” to expose the Suggs’ new home.

The extreme food drive has a goal of collecting 100 tons of food.

The six Horry County Walmart stores are accepting canned goods through Monday, Jan. 18.
