Myrtle Beach resident Dustin Johnson purchased a house and a couple nice vehicles during his first two years on the PGA Tour. His play has put him among golf’s elite with nearly $5 million earned, and this offseason he joined some of golf’s elite with his spoils. Johnson has become a member of Sentient Jet, which will also be one of his sponsors so he’ll carry their towel on his golf bag. Johnson will practically be able to fly from anywhere to anywhere with a five-hour notice.
“I’ll be flying with them a bunch,” Johnson said. “I fly commercial a lot, too, but I’ll use [Sentient] mainly going between tournaments in weird areas, or coming home. It’s not exactly easy getting into Myrtle Beach sometimes. It definitely helps because I can always get home and I don’t have to waste a day to travel.”
