The GolfTalk Live radio show on 990 AM WNTP in Philadelphia, hosted by Tony Leodora from 7-8 a.m. on Saturdays, is broadcasting from Glen Dornoch Golf Links on Feb. 27 and the TPC of Myrtle Beach on March 6. National golf writer Jack O’Leary will be a guest the first week and will discuss John Daly's new show on the Golf Channel, among other things. The station is running a promotion at www.phillytomyrtle.com to win free golf for a year. The show can be heard by Grand Strand resident at www.wntp.com.
Locally, the Grand Strand has its own golf radio show from 8-10 a.m. Saturday mornings. The Golf Guys -- television sportscaster Matt Lincoln and True Blue Plantation head pro Bob Seganti -- talk local and national golf on ESPN Radio 93.7 and 93.9 FM, and although it's not my favorite two hours of the day, I make an appearance every so often.
