Myrtle Beach resident Dustin Johnson is playing with some pretty exclusive company in the first two rounds of The Players Championship. He's got four-time major champion Phil Mickelson and three-time major winner Ernie Els in his group. They go off the 10th tee in Thursday's first round at 8:18 a.m., and go off the first tee in Friday's second round at 1:28 p.m.
Tiger Woods, coming off his missed cut at Quail Hollow Club, is playing with Hunter Mahan and Ian Poulter. They go off the first tee at 1:28 p.m. Thursday and the 10th tee at 8:18 a.m. Friday.
