Golf fans have until Aug. 10 to choose a PGA Championship hole location

You have to give the PGA of America credit for giving fans a chance to be interactive and have an impact on what they're watching.

The PGA is letting fans pick a hole location during the final round of the 95th PGA Championship.

Fans have until Aug. 10 to visit PGA.com and vote for one of four challenging final-round pin placements for the par-3, 181-yard 15th hole at Oak Hill Country Club.

Jack Nicklaus, whose final PGA Championship victory occurred at Oak Hill in 1980, collaborated with PGA Chief Championships Officer Kerry Haigh to select the picturesque 15th hole due to the impact it will likely have on the outcome of the season’s final major.

As a result, Haigh has identified and selected each of these four distinct locations for fans to vote. On Aug. 11, during Sunday's final round coverage on TNT and CBS, fans will be able to see the winning hole position that will be used on the green, and see if it plays a part in the outcome of the tournament.
