Myrtle Beach native Ramon Sessions, who lately has been starting at point guard for the Cleveland Cavaliers in place of injured starter Mo Williams, was injured himself Saturday night.
Sessions left 11 minutes into the game with a right abdominal sprain, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer.
Sessions had been playing well, averaging 17.4 points per game in the last five contests. He hadn't scored and posted one assist before leaving Saturday night's game, and he did not return.
