Graham and Sotomayor: Enemy combatant monologue

U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., questioned Judge Sonia Sotomayor again Thursday as part of her Supreme Court confirmation hearings. (Video is after the jump.)

Technically "questioned" her, anyway, based on this clip. Graham actually speaks for all but about a minute of the 10-minute video, lecturing on the Geneva Conventions' applicability to Al-Qaeda combatants and exhorting Sotomayor to view them the same as members of an enemy army, who he said can be held indefinitely without trial.
