Limited Late Model race winner Michael Elliott of Nichols was disqualified early Sunday morning after his car failed postrace inspection, Myrtle Beach Speedway GM Bill Hennecy said this morning.
The inspections ended around 2 a.m. and Hennecy said he is waiting for the inspectors to arrive at the track today to learn why Elliott was disqualified.
Tony Powell of Johnsonville finished second and would be declared the winner if the ruling stands.

the car with the MSD,supposedly, had to add weight. A few cars, since they were late models, had the engine set back in them. I dont think they had to add weight, but i heard that next year, Limitied Late Model will be allowed to run 1 in. engine set back.
