I am sure not all all-region selections from the area are on this list, but after talking to a lot of people, some coaches aren't even sure if their region has all-region teams in some sports because their region is either light on schools participating in that sport or because the level of play at some schools is so poor there really wouldn't be much point naming them. I have asked everyone to send me what they have and this is what came out of it. I did not leave anything off from any list I received, so if it is not here, I don't have it. If you are looking for a school or region that is not here, put it in the comments section below and I will see what I can track down or let you know what I know concerning that particular request.
For whoever is interested, I hope to have Toast of the Coast run in the newspaper beginning June 7, but that may not happen. Hopefully, at the latest, they will begin running June 14. The Spring sports Toast of the Coast is an eight-day series running Sunday-Sunday, and we almost always end with softball and then baseball.
