Prep hoops to get some extra air time

Much like it did with the high school football season, Coastline Sports Media will be broadcasting area high school basketball games on radio and television this winter.

The games can be heard live on The Team 93.9-FM, and most games will be rebroadcast on WWMB-TV 21 at a later date.

As of Monday, when the schedule was announced, 13 games -- which represent 10 of the 13 boys teams in The Sun News' coverage area -- have already been chosen. For each re-broadcast, WWMB-TV 21 will use varying times on the chosen date to show the television production.
