S.C. Prep Football Media Poll (Nov. 1)

Myrtle Beach remained No. 2 in the final regular-season ranking of the S.C. Prep Football Media Poll, released Nov. 1.

The Seahawks enter the Class AAA playoffs as a top seed and will play host to Hilton Head on Friday at Doug Shaw Memorial Stadium.

The only other Grand Strand team to make the top 10 in any class is Loris. The Lions (9-1) stayed at No. 9 in Class AA. Jamie Snider's team has a first-round bye in the playoffs and will play the winner of Timberland/Kingstree in the second round next week.

The poll will be conducted through next week, which will include the regular season finales for Class AAAA and the first round of the playoffs of the state's other three classes.
