Craziest Fitness Gadgets of all-time

Telephonedumbell If you're like me, you may be thinking that you've been doing some crazy stuff in the pursuit of weight loss lately. But, if you - also like me - are an eternal optimist, it may make you feel better to check out some of the crazier things people have tried/invented over the years in the pursuit of weight loss. Things like the dumbbell phone, Accudots and Butane-powered pogo sticks, makes counting Weight Watchers points feel pretty normal.

Lose weight in your sleep! Build muscle while watching TV! Eat whatever you want without gaining a pound! Sound familiar? The health and fitness industry is so full of hype and hot air I'm surprised we even pay attention anymore. But we do. And a sucker is born every minute.
