The head of the S.C. tourism agency, Chad Prosser, went back to a budget panel today hoping for a better reception than he received two weeks ago, when he was sent home and accused of being unprepared.
No such luck.
In fact, it might have been worse.
Rep. Brian White, R-Anderson, this time demanded to know why he spent so much time away from the office and said he should work for free rather than lay off employees.
