Hollywood honored its best with the Oscars a week ago, and now it's time for the hospitality industry to roll out its red carpet.
The third annual ICE Awards - which applauds ``incredible customer service'' - is 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday at The Palace Theatre. The red carpet, black-tie optional event recognizes 10 businesses and 10 individuals who have excelled in the past year with their customer service in a variety of categories, including real estate, retail, amusements and financial.
